Electronic signature for already issued invoices
Each invoice you received in the past from emerion can be downloaded in the ControlPanel with a valid signature.
Please follow the instructions:
Step 1
Log in to your ControlPanel.
Step 2
Once you are logged in, please click on "Billing" in the left menu.
Step 3
Further links will appear in the blue horizontal navigation bar. Click on "Invoice".
Step 4
You will see a list of all invoices including payment information.
Next the invoice number you see this icon:
Click on this icon and you can download the invoice containing a valid signature.
If you click on the invoice number, a new web browser window will open to view the invoice.
