All services included in a webhosting plan are manageable online and in realtime. Almost each provider may have a customer zone today to manage single services. We offer you a whole management for your account and the related services which is exactly designed for our hosting system. With only one login and one password you get access to the management of all services.

Account Management
In the administrative area of the ControlPanel you manage your account information, language settings, billing information and options and you have access to your actual booked services. You have the possibility to create subaccounts to permit other persons also to manage services. They will get their own login and you can set permissions and assign selected domains where the subaccount is permitted to manage them.

Billing
In the billing area you can select your payment options. You have access to each detailled invoice of your account and you can view and print them at any time. You also see your account balance, and if an invoice is paid or not.

Domain Management
You can administrate and change the domain information and start an ownership change if you need it. So it is easy to keep the records up to date in the WHOIS-Database.

DNS-Management
If you run your own equipment or because of company specifications you can modify the mailserver and/or the webserver entry. You also can add unlimited IP-based subdomains or you can create subdomains adjustable with the domainpointer.

Host Monitor
For each domain in your account you have a monitor showing how much disk space is used and how much and which services are in use and available. You also can see how much traffic the selected server generates.

Service Management
Basically you can manage all services like email, email aliases, autoresponder and forwarders, FTP, password protected directories and preinstalled forms. You also will find a perl-script-checker, an overview of the installed perl modules and the PHP-Info. You have direct access to the graphical log analysis as well as to the running access- and error logfiles. You also can enable the option to save the original server logfiles to download them at a later time, if you like to analyse them by yourself.

Database Management
You can create new databases and permit remote hosts to access your database. Without a new login you can request the preinstalled phpMyAdmin to administrate the content of your databases.

Upgrade Management
You easily can change your hosting plan to another one, or enhance the webspace of your actual plan. The modification of the service will take place in realtime and is available immediately.

What is "management in realtime"?
If a modification is done in realtime the process was executed while requesting the action in the ControlPanel and the service is available immediately. For example you do an upgrade from a Domain Only to a FirstStep hosting plan, the webserver can be requested with the webbrowser and you can login with FTP after the message appeared in the ControlPanel that the upgrade was successful.
