| Is it possible to get more disk space or more email addresses without upgrading to the next higher package?
Yes, you can enhance the disk space in the ControlPanel for your actual hosting plan. You also can add more email addresses than included in your package. For each additional address the fee for an email address will apply as shown in our pricelist. If you exceed the amount of email addresses included in your package, you will be prompted if you like to add it anyway and the price you will be charged is shown. Only if you confirm, the additional email address will be created.

| I have a homepage elsewhere on the web. What do I have to do to get it on your server?
Start a domain transfer. Thats quite easy. Click on the "Order"-button an enter your domain name. Our system recognizes that the domain still exists and knows that a transfer should be started. Continue with the order. Once you have checked out, you will get an email. Confirm the order as described in the email, and we will start the transfer for you. We assist you in transferring your domain name to us, and we exactly tell you which actions are needed. Once if the domain name is successfully transferred, you can login into the ControlPanel and your host is setup and you can start to configure your services and upload your homepage.

| Can I use frontpage extensions on your servers?
Sorry, we do not support frontpage extensions because the
server sided installation is not compatible with our system setup.
However, we offer a comfortable online administration in realtime
where you also can implement form processors, counter, guestbooks,
on your homepage, so you wont need the frontpage
extensions.

| Why is the traffic limited? Competitors offers unlimited traffic.
We cannot offer unlimited traffic, because the bandwith is burstable and also the server system can process a huge amount of requests in a very short time. So we provide you with high and stable performance also during peak hours.
It could be possible to boost up the traffic without limit, and that causes high costs. Usually the included traffic in a hosting plan is high enough and you will not reach the limit. In the ControlPanel you can see how much traffic you website generates.

| Do logfiles use disk space?
Basically logfiles do not use your disk space. But you have the possibility to save logfiles on your virtual hosts for further processing on your local machine. If you activate this feature, the logfiles uses your disk space as long as you delete them after you have them downloaded. This feature is disabled by default.

| Is the size limited for receiving and sending emails?
The maximum size for an email is 20 MB. It is not a good idea to send such large emails. They will make problems for the recipient as well as for the sender. If you like to share larger files we recommend to upload them on your webserver with FTP. email the web address to the receipient where the files are located and he can download them via the web browser. Thats much more comfortable and does not make problems.

| Can I do all configurations by myself without contacting the support?
Yes you can. All services we offer can be configured in realtime in the ControlPanel. Realtime means, that the services will be set up or configured immediately and no human action from an adminstrator is required.
You also can maintain your personal information and billing information. The ControlPanel is your management center for you whole account.
